Brad Pitt and Eric Bana both did their own fighting scenes. They also made an agreement that they would pay for every hit they accidentally made. The costs were $50 for a lighter blow and $100 for a hard blow. Pitt ended up paying $750 to Bana, who didn't have to pay Pitt anything.

Before I started smoking, I always thought "Why can't people just quit it ?",
but ofcourse I was young and naive. Clearly I was not aware of addiction. And so I
would annoy (as I now realize) my peers with those "Why won't you quit ? You just
stop smoking and that's it." statements. And they would say "You won't understand,
you're not a smoker", and now I get what that means. It really is fascinating how
nasty habits and certain activities bond people together without them even realizing it.
As I sit here and think how to continue this, which i started writing because I was
trying to distract myself from the fact that I really want one of them sweet sweet 
cancer sticks and that I don't have one. Being broke is one the cons of being 
unemployed but that's another topic, another day.

Bad habits key to man's longevity

Zhang Shuqing, a centenarian in Pixian, Sichuan,
has his own secret for long life - smoking every day and
drinking liquor after every meal.
Zhang, whose daughter died eight years ago,
turned 100 on May 7. He lives with his nephew Zhang Chenggui.
Zhang senior said he started smoking and drinking strong
liquor when he was in his early 20s. Since then,
he has smoked every day and taken a drink with every meal.
According to his grandson Xu, Zhang has consumed 15 tons of
liquor and more than a ton of tobacco in his lifetime.
Zhang, who is in good health, has a huge appetite,
with a standard meal comprising two chicken legs,
a bowl of steamed pork fat and glutinous rice, vegetables and fruit.
And he eats the lot in less than 20 minutes.


Me: Not all hope is lost then. Finally some good news.
There was another long-liver that claimed key to HIS
longevity was abstinence - yeah, not uplifting enough.

These are just a number of activities that developed into
uncertainty without including a cigarette.

Day In Day Out.

Its hard. Being unemployed.
When the highlight of your week is washing your girlfriend's car, you
know you made some wrong turns along the way, a lot of wrong turns
actually. Not that Im complaining about washing the car since I have 
been staying at her place since the whole Dismissed debacle 3 months ago.
I have applied to another university and now spending my days in
anticipation of what would happen if I am not admitted. Depressing ?
So here I am, pinching instant coffee from her housemates and a
cigarette or two when they leave the pack unattended. Depressing.
I thought it was all over 3 months ago, but somehow life drags on,
the world keeps spinning, and everybody carries on with their existence.
I guess what Im trying to say here is "You don't matter to the world
that much, whoever you are, the world will get over you".
